If I had it to do over again…

I would have learned how to play guitar like this guy.

No NonDescript playlist this week, as I have eight days of work and four days to do it before I leave for vacation. My next post will probably be from the beautiful city of Oaxaca, Mexico - where I’ll be sipping mezcal (without the worm) and eating mole-based cuisine.

NonDescript Playlist: 21 Sept 07

I want to wish my father a very happy birthday. Love ya’, Pop.

Here’s the playlist for today. Again, listen via the player on the sidebar or use one of KCSB’s many webcasting options. Show airs at 1pm PDT.

There will only be two more editions of NonDescript, as the quarter is ending, I’m going on vacation in October, and doing two shows a week is a lot for me right now. The Friday Riff will keep going, however, so the you can get your fix of the smooth, sexy stylings of… well…. me.

NonDescript Playlist: 14 Sept 07

Jennifer is back in Oaxaca, Mexico, so my life has reverted to a slightly restrained version of my former single life. I get to play games like “ignore the smell in the fridge” and “what color is the bread”. Not to worry - I’m trained well enough to keep things much neater than I would if left to my own devices.

And the lack of updates aren’t due to to a lack of topics. After all, Warren Jeffs - the FBI’s most wanted polygamist - just went on trial in the very town to which my parents retired. That almost writes itself… almost.

The playlist for tomorrow’s show is below. Good tunes (listen at 1pm PDT on KCSB).
