You may have noticed the Last.FM playlist over in the sidebar. I’m not entirely sold on this “feature” yet. You have to click on the large “play” icon to get it going, and while you can listen to the songs in their entirety, you cannot click on a specific song. You have to cycle through the playlist. The necessity of this explanation alone may make this “feature” more trouble than it’s worth.
Also, if you do purchase a song on the playlist, I receive exactly $0.00 (absolutely nothing). I don’t know if that’s an incentive to buy or not.
It’s an experiment - which may very well be gone sooner than later, and which speaks nothing of my fondness for Last.FM (which I do think is pretty cool for a social networking site). We’ll see how it goes…
