While visits to CoolMojo.Net are steadily increasing as time goes on, I have no delusion about what that means. One of the drawbacks in blogging publicly is that you have to deal with the unfiltered public - which can vary from useful, articulate comments to comments by some idiot with a keyboard, an internet connection, and nothing better to do.
Jennifer, in all her glory, has managed to run with this whole “blogging” thing and has made it into something that many people notice. I can say, with great pride, that a lot of the traffic that ventures to all of the sites here visit due to her posts.
Last Friday, Jennifer received a comment from someone calling himself BorderRaven regarding a press release she posted about a day-laborer advocate, José Fernando Pedraza, who was killed in an accident at a counter protest in Racho Cucamonga, located in San Bernardino county. BorderRaven took umbrage to Jennifer’s posting (which you can read, along with his comment, here), even going so far as to make a veiled threat about “defamation, slander and libel”. After using the Google, I discovered that BorderRaven is a member of a group called Save Our State, an anti-immigrant group that has worked with other outfits like the Minutemen Project.
Normally, I would post what I really think about Save Our State, but since BorderRaven used the words “defamation”, “slander” and “libel” and I actually know what those words mean, I have heavily edited this post as a result of BorderRaven’s veiled and meaningless threat.
Save Our State is a bunch of ignorant crackers an anti-immigration group who’s goal is to further humiliate California challenge illegal immigration. They consist of stupid rednecks with nothing better to do people who can barely get off their fat asses protest various day-labor sites and stores that provide jobs they wouldn’t touch with a ten-foot pole to those of questionable immigration status. Many of them haven’t read a fucking history book feel immigrants lack the ability to assimilate. Save Our State’s protests have occurred in cities their members can’t pronounce Rancho Cucamonga. Some of their protests were attended by white supremacist groups who flew Nazi flags and gave Nazi salutes controversial. Their members secretly wear assless chaps are also affiliated with another bunch of rednecks the Minutemen Project.
I hope this makes fun of people who I think are damaging this country while calling themselves “patriots” clears up any misunderstandings.
On the day of his death,Pedraza, was standing on the curb beside the signal light pole. It could have been anyone in that spot, even a child waiting to cross the street. A north bound car struck a southbound car attempting a left turn, deflecting the northbound car into Pedraza. He was carried 50 feet.
There was no Minuteman or SaveOurState rally at that site on that date. Any inference to that fact is defamation, and a lie or call it propaganda if you like.
Save Our State is a bunch of well-informed people who follow a Patriotic stance to protect our nation against the long term failures of the elected government to enforce immigration laws. We ar not an anti-immigration group, but an anti-illegal-immigration group. We stand on the street to confront the evidence of failed government, and we vote. After you read the US Constitution and Amendments, read the Treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo, the Gadsen Purchase Treaty and the Capitualtion of Couenga. Spain ruled the area for a few hundred years before Mexico took control, but Mexico ruled for 37 years. This is America, there is a border, and we will fight to preserve our sovereignty.
Seriously. It took you TEN MONTHS to find this post and respond? Did you start typing last June?
Any attempt to re-frame Save Our State as “anti-illegal-immigration” is, at best, insincere, and at worst, an attempt to slightly humanize a group for which any humanizing is completely misguided. By all accountings, Save Our State targets specific individuals and not policy. That is despicable.
The Southern Poverty Law Center has listed five chapters, in three separate states, of Save Our State as active, anti-immigration hate groups. Save Our State and like organizations are an embarrassment to California and to the country. It’s as simple as that.
I’m baaaaack again. Save Our State targets groups of loitering day laborers, out of convenience. Illegals are quite plentiful, in Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, Lake Forest, Laguna Beach, Van Nuys, Burbank Glendale,… I’ll drive forty miles and sometime eighty to rally. These are illegals, no doubt about it. They are in the USA because of decades of failed government policy and lax enforcement. We attract attention to the bull in the china shop. A large contingent of Communists, Socialist and Marxist have formed in the USA to support the poor illiterate hard working illegals, so they can be exploited, to divert tax dollars from the American society, thus creating a vulnerability.
As if your racism wasn’t enough, now you’re red baiting, as if we needed more proof you and your ilk haven’t advanced beyond the 1950’s. Whatever.
Seriously, dude, I have no interest in giving you even the smallest forum to air your drivel. The fact that you keep coming back here only goes to show that you are just that desperate for a place to voice your nonsense - in a post I made well over a year ago. Nicely done.
